Description For Associate Solutions Engineer

LogicGate, founded in 2015, is a dynamic company that has secured over $156M in funding to revolutionize the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) space with their modern risk management platform. As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the sales process, demonstrating the platform's capabilities to prospective customers and helping transform business risks into opportunities.

The role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both technology and client interaction. You'll be conducting product demonstrations, leading workshops, and configuring the no-code platform for customized demonstrations. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact revenue growth directly while working with a collaborative, high-performing sales team.

LogicGate offers an inclusive and flexible work environment, with options to work remotely, in-office, or hybrid. The company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, demonstrated through their active Employee Resource Groups and DEIB initiatives. They've been recognized as a top workplace by Built In, Crain's Chicago Business, and the Chicago Tribune.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 base salary, plus variable compensation, equity, and comprehensive benefits. These include health insurance, 401k matching, generous PTO, and professional development opportunities. The GRC market is rapidly expanding, currently valued at $50.5 billion and projected to reach $104.5 billion by 2031, making this an excellent time to join the industry.

For candidates new to GRC, don't worry - many current employees started without GRC experience. The company values curiosity, integrity, and the ability to learn and adapt. Their core values of Be as One, Do the Right Thing, Embrace Curiosity, Own It, Empower Customers, and Raise the Bar guide all aspects of their operations.
