Logifuture is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their team, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions. The role requires 5+ years of experience in automated software testing and expertise in modern automation frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Pytest.

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, executing test plans, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. You'll work closely with developers to identify and resolve defects while participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript, experience with CI/CD tools, and API testing expertise. Responsibilities For Senior AQA Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts
- Identify and prioritise test cases for automation
- Develop and execute automated test plans and cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in testing processes and tools
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment
Requirements For Senior AQA Engineer
- At least 5 years of experience in automated software testing
- Strong knowledge of modern automation frameworks and tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Pytest
- Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of software testing best practices and methodologies
- Good knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, such as GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar
- Experience with API testing, including tools and techniques for validating RESTful APIs
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Good written and verbal communication skills with proven fluency in English
