The Launchpad Program at Lowe's is designed for individuals looking to break into tech, offering a structured pathway to a technology career. The program begins with a 1-week orientation covering Lowe's policies, benefits, and business strategy, followed by an 8-week intensive bootcamp featuring fast-paced learning, dedicated coaching, skills assessments, and projects. This leads into two 6-month rotations in different tech areas, providing hands-on experience and professional development. Upon completion, participants are matched with a tech team aligned with their interests.

As an Associate Software Engineer, you'll assist in translating business requirements into code modules and software solutions, working with various programming languages and development methodologies. You'll participate in core module development, code reviews, and application deployment while receiving guidance from senior engineers. The role involves implementing and maintaining business software solutions, following company guidelines, and participating in agile ceremonies.
