Responsibilities For Director, Software Engineering- OMS
- Partners with product team to establish priorities across portfolio of product groups
- Manages software engineering teams that design, build and maintain solutions across multiple technology products
- Builds and maintains partnerships with all functions to ensure technology team members understand business needs
- Provides insight and guidance and resolves cross-functional issues throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements For Director, Software Engineering- OMS
- 10 years of IT experience in software engineering or related field
- 10 years of experience working on projects involving SDLC
- 5 years of experience leading global technology teams with direct team leadership
- 3 years of experience working closely with senior leadership
- 3 years of experience managing operational and/or financial budgets
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, CIS, engineering or related field
