Description For Product Manager

Join Lowe's, a Fortune 50 retail leader, as a Product Manager in our Cart and Checkout Omni-channel team at the Charlotte Technology Hub. This role is crucial for enhancing capabilities that drive business growth and improve customer experience, focusing on steering the vision and roadmap planning for cart and checkout functionalities.

Working at Lowe's means being part of a forward-thinking technology environment backed by one of Forbes Top 50 CIOs. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for building and aligning OKRs with business partners, owning the customer journey at the product/feature level, and leading agile ceremonies. You'll work closely with engineering teams to build tracking systems, prioritize deliverables, and ensure high-quality product implementation. The role requires strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and excellent communication abilities to work effectively with senior leadership.

The position offers comprehensive benefits including a 401k with up to 4.25% match, bi-annual cash bonuses, stock purchase plan with 15% discount, tuition-free education, and extensive parental leave. You'll also enjoy paid time off for vacation, holidays, sick leave, and volunteer work, along with comprehensive insurance plans and mental health care support.

Lowe's commitment to community service since 1921 means you'll be part of an organization that actively contributes to neighborhood improvement, community space revitalization, and disaster relief efforts. With over 1,700 stores and 300,000 associates serving 16 million customers weekly, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on how people shop and improve their homes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of product management experience, strong agile methodology knowledge, and proven ability to work cross-functionally in a large organization. If you're passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and want to be part of a stable yet innovative company that values both technical excellence and community impact, this role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career while making a meaningful difference.
