Lowe's, a FORTUNE 50 home improvement retailer serving millions of customers weekly, is seeking a Senior Manager of Information Security specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance. This leadership role is based at the Lowe's Charlotte Technology Hub, offering a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-person presence two days per week.

The position demands a seasoned professional with 10+ years of IT experience and a strong background in security, particularly in IAM. You'll lead a team of engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide IAM solutions that protect Lowe's global operations. Key focus areas include Access Certification, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Cloud Identity Governance, and regulatory compliance with SOX and PCI standards.

As a senior leader, you'll be responsible for developing strategic roadmaps, managing complex projects, and fostering a high-performance engineering culture. The role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills, as you'll be mentoring team members while driving the implementation of sophisticated IAM solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities For Sr Manager, Information Security (IAM-Governance)

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IAM engineers fostering a high-performance and collaborative engineering culture
  • Drive end-to-end engineering execution for IAM solutions
  • Develop and maintain engineering roadmaps that align with business objectives and security compliance requirements
  • Manage IAM teams and services to meet customer and business needs
  • Execute all IAM key controls for SOX and PCI compliance
  • Lead teams in the integration of new IAM services including Access Certification and Cloud Identity Governance
  • Develop and articulate identity and access risk management strategies
  • Govern and improve processes focused on risk-based access controls

Requirements For Sr Manager, Information Security (IAM-Governance)

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or related field
  • 10+ Years of IT experience
  • 3 Years Experience leading project or technical teams
  • 4 Years of Experience with information security tools, concepts, and practices
  • Experience managing projects and project resources
  • Experience in a security role focused on IAM
  • Familiarity with multi-platform technology environments
