Principal Engineer, Web

LTK is seeking a Principal Engineer, Web to join their team. This role will have an organizational impact across all of LTK's web presence, including LTK Consumer Web, LTK Creator Web, LTK Brand Portal, Agency Portal, and Marketing site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical direction, strategy, and health of LTK's web platforms, ensuring technology can deliver on business/product requirements at a rapid pace and scale.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting and executing long-term strategy for web
• Developing partnerships with product teams
• Championing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Scaling leadership through mentorship and best practices
• Being the technical point of contact for web-related decisions

The role requires 10+ years of software development in web development, experience with architecting highly available systems, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of web and network stack. The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
