LTK is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Backend Brand Platform team. This role is crucial in empowering the world's premium lifestyle Creators to achieve maximum economic success. The ideal candidate will have strong programming and problem-solving skills, primarily working in backend with Go or demonstrating experience in other languages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing large-scale web applications and systems
- Integrating social media performance data from various platforms
- Designing robust and scalable systems to handle large volumes of data
- Developing infrastructure to support data needs across the entire company
- Implementing machine learning and AI solutions for predictive modeling
The role requires 8+ years of software development experience in the backend, with expertise in AWS systems, containerized environments, and API development. The candidate should be comfortable with frequent code deployments and have strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities For Senior Software Engineer, Backend, Brand Platform
- Design and build highly scalable distributed systems and processes in a cloud environment
- Develop infrastructure to support data needs across the entire company
- Integrate social media performance data from various platforms
- Implement machine learning and AI solutions for predictive modeling
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions
- Solve complex technical challenges and make informed decisions
- Introduce new technologies, tools, or practices to enhance engineering efficiency
- Architect scalable, efficient, and reliable systems
- Take ownership of complex issues and drive problem resolution
Requirements For Senior Software Engineer, Backend, Brand Platform
- 8+ years of software development experience in the backend
- Experience with AWS systems such as ECS, Lambda, and RDS
- Experience working in a containerized environment (preferably Docker)
- Experience writing services in Golang or compiled language (C++, Java, etc)
- Experience building scalable internal and public-facing APIs (REST, JSON, HTTP)
- Experience integrating 3rd party API's (REST, OAuth)
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in big data and asynchronous eventing patterns
- Relational Database experience such as MySQL
- Experience with non-relational data stores such as DynamoDB or Cassandra
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Understanding of machine learning and data analytics concepts
- Familiarity with agile methods and Scrum or Kanban frameworks
