Staff Engineer, Product Search and Ranking

LTK is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead Product Search and Ranking efforts for their Creator-Driven Shopping App. This role involves building and scaling a Product Catalog Service, an Exact Product Matching Service, and a Product Search Service. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of e-commerce and product catalog systems, with experience in delivering business value in a high-growth environment. Key responsibilities include designing highly scalable systems, working with Golang, Python, Vector Databases, and embedding technologies. The role requires strong leadership skills, project management abilities, and excellent communication. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP of engineering and other departments to drive innovation and solve complex technical challenges.
