Staff Engineer, Product Search and Ranking

LTK, a leading global platform in creator commerce, is seeking a Staff Engineer to spearhead their Product Search and Ranking initiatives. This role is crucial in managing a product catalog system containing billions of items, powering essential e-commerce functionalities including price tracking, link management, and product matching across retailers.

The position offers an opportunity to work on highly scalable systems in a fast-growing environment, where you'll be responsible for building and scaling the Product Catalog Service, Exact Product Matching Service, and Product Search Service. You'll work closely with the VP of engineering and cross-functional teams, making this a highly visible role within the organization.

As a Staff Engineer, you'll leverage your expertise in Golang, Python, and various data technologies to design and implement complex systems. The role requires strong leadership skills, as you'll be mentoring team members and influencing technical decisions across the organization.
