As a Founding Engineer, you'll work directly with the founders to shape the product's future and the company's success. You'll have comprehensive ownership across the entire technology stack, leading key initiatives and delivering scalable solutions that directly impact the business. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of full-stack development experience, with a founder-like mindset that embraces ownership and responsibility. You'll be joining a passionate team of 3, working on solving complex problems in the insurance space using AI technology. The compensation package is highly competitive, including a salary range of $125K-$175K and significant equity (0.50%-1.50%), reflecting the founding nature of the role.
