Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Lumin Digital, a pioneering force in digital banking solutions, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our innovative team. As an SRE, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our digital banking platform's reliability, scalability, and performance. We're a 100% cloud-native company, purpose-built to revolutionize financial institutions' digital experiences.

The role combines development and operations expertise, focusing on automation to streamline processes and boost system reliability. You'll work closely with Software Engineers to implement best practices throughout the entire development lifecycle, ensuring consistent achievement of Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

Your journey with us will begin with understanding our systems and tools, progressing to owning specific areas of our tech stack, and eventually leading initiatives in capacity planning and process improvement. Key responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance, implementing alerting strategies, and participating in on-call rotations.
