PCB Layout Engineer

Lunar Energy is seeking a motivated PCB layout designer to create the next generation of boards for all of their products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full layouts of all boards and designing library parts for new components. We're looking for individuals passionate about creating a sustainable future with the skills to make it a reality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Layout and design various boards, from high voltage/high power to high-speed digital
• Support and inform EEs and MEs regarding placement and manufacturability
• Maintain and create symbols and footprints for Lunar's component library

Desired Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant circuit board design experience
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Altium Designer
• Experience with power supply and switching regulators layout
• Solid knowledge of PCB materials and developing board stack-up
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledge of IPC specifications and DFM rules
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
