Luxor Technology, a US-based cloud computing solution provider headquartered in Seattle, is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in firmware. The position is fully remote with occasional travel requirements, reporting directly to the Director of Business Development for firmware.

Responsibilities For Forward Deployed Engineer - Firmware Specialist

  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to firmware installation, feature sets, and troubleshooting
  • Engage with Luxor's APIs to meet client-defined technical requirements
  • Implement and optimize LuxOS across mining fleets
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Conduct firmware installations and optimizations remotely and through on-site deployments

Requirements For Forward Deployed Engineer - Firmware Specialist

  • Skill in VPN configuration for remote access and installation
