As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Magic Eden, you'll be at the forefront of web3 technology, working on bringing NFTs to people's everyday lives and onboarding the next billion users to the blockchain. You'll use full-stack web technology to develop MVPs, run experiments, and iterate quickly. Your responsibilities will include building platforms and systems for internal and external teams, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and improving software.
Key qualifications include:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong frontend development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Experience with web frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
- Knowledge of general-purpose programming languages (Java, C/C++, Python, Rust, or Go)
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems, and large software systems

Responsibilities For Senior Frontend Engineer
- Use full-stack web technology (Node.js, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) to develop MVPs and run experiments to validate ideas and iterate quickly, leveraging new technologies, tools when needed
- Build platforms, systems and services for internal and external teams to interact with the large scale production systems
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
- Bring new ideas and technologies into our platform, innovate and iterate
Requirements For Senior Frontend Engineer
- BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience in a frontend development role, with solid JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills
- Experience with one or more web frameworks (React/Vue/Angular)
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Python, Rust or Go
- Experience working with two or more of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, networking systems, developing large software systems
