Responsibilities For Senior Metrology Engineer

  • Install, validate, and own various metrology equipment for Waveguide manufacturing processes
  • Perform defect inspections on wafers post-lithographic processes
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on next-generation metrology solutions
  • Interpret data from metrology equipment and identify measurement errors
  • Collaborate with process engineers to identify and address defect modes
  • Maintain metrology equipment and create work instructions
  • Work in cleanroom environment with hands-on equipment work

Requirements For Senior Metrology Engineer

Python
  • 5+ years of professional experience in metrology or optical engineering
  • Engineering degree (BS or higher) in engineering, physics, or materials science
  • Proficiency in AFM
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis software such as JMP
  • Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team
