Responsibilities For Staff Manufacturing Engineer

  • Serve as technical authority for manufacturing processes and tools
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges
  • Drive Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) initiatives
  • Create detailed CAD drawings and designs for tooling, fixtures, and line layouts
  • Optimize processes from early NPI stages through high-volume manufacturing
  • Conduct data-driven root cause analyses
  • Develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Partner with R&D and NPI teams to implement new manufacturing programs

Requirements For Staff Manufacturing Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial)
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred)
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (JMP, Minitab) and engineering software (CAD, PTC Creo)
  • In-depth knowledge of process performance metrics (OEE, SPC, CP, CPK, GR&R)
  • Experience with CAD drawings and PTC Creo
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
