Contract-to-Hire Frontend Engineer

As we expand, we're looking to develop AI models that deeply integrate therapeutic practices, creating an even more impactful experience for our users.

We're seeking a contract-to-hire frontend engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work using our tech stack (React Native/Elements, Firebase, Expo, Python, Typescript). Full-stack experience and some ML knowledge are a plus.

As the third member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Maia:

• Expand and Innovate: Build new features that delight consumers, ensuring that Maia continues to be a valuable tool in people's relationship journey.
• Influence Product Direction: Work closely with the founding team to continuously explore new opportunities to apply ML in innovative ways to the world of relationships.

• Technical Expertise: Frontend development (full-stack development is a plus).

• Location: As a contractor, you can work remotely. If this turns into a full-time role, it will be based in San Francisco, and you'll be expected to work in person with the team.
