Description For Manager 3, Software Engineering (CRM Platform)

Intuit Mailchimp, a global financial technology platform serving over 100 million customers worldwide, is seeking an Engineering Leader to head their CRM teams. This role involves leading a substantial organization of 30+ team members through technical leaders and front-line managers who oversee 7 to 12 engineers. The position is central to Mailchimp's vision of creating a connected end-to-end platform that enables Mailchimp & Quickbook customers to grow their businesses effectively.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise from hands-on development experience in high-scale, highly available systems, combined with proven leadership abilities. They will be responsible for mentoring staff, setting organizational vision, and delivering critical initiatives that drive customer benefits and business outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with Product Management, Experience Design, and other engineering leaders within both Mailchimp and Intuit.

Working in a hybrid environment from either Mountain View, CA or New York, NY offices, this position offers an opportunity to shape the future of CRM and marketing capabilities for small businesses. The compensation package is highly competitive, including a base salary range of $206,500 - $279,500, plus additional benefits including cash bonuses and equity rewards.
