Mainspring Energy is revolutionizing the power generation industry with their innovative Mainspring Linear Generator technology. As a Staff Enterprise Data Systems Developer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing business process solutions for this rapidly growing company.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a company backed by prominent investors like Khosla Ventures and Bill Gates, operating in the $816B global electricity equipment market. In this role, you'll be directly involved with all facets of the business, working cross-functionally across departments to deliver user-friendly solutions. You'll be responsible for creating and improving business processes through enterprise software systems, including CRM, ERP, MRP, and Fleet Service Management Systems.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems configuration and development, with strong expertise in QuickBase database programming. You'll be working on critical projects such as customer management systems, product change management processes, and production operations business flows.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $170,000, along with pre-IPO stock options and benefits. Based in Menlo Park HQ with a hybrid work arrangement, this role provides an opportunity to contribute to Mainspring's mission of transitioning the world to clean and affordable electricity.

Responsibilities For Staff Enterprise Data Systems Developer

  • Create business process flows for existing and new processes
  • Develop business requirement documents by gathering feedback from all levels of the organization
  • Develop new end-to-end business processes for customer management, product and process change management
  • Develop on QuickBase database platform and expand its connection to other software applications
  • Responsible for testing, implementation and facilitating user training
  • Project/Program manage new feature/system launches

Requirements For Staff Enterprise Data Systems Developer

Python

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems configuration and feature development
  • Proven track record of building strong working relationships with business stakeholders
  • Proficient with QuickBase database programming
  • Experience or ability to configure systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBase
  • Strong understanding of relational databases
  • Python or Javascript experience is a plus
  • Experience working to grow and scale business systems for a hardware manufacturing company is a plus
