Make is seeking a Solution Engineer with fluent German and/or French to join their growing Enterprise Go to Market team. As a Solution Engineer, you'll be responsible for the technical aspects of closing sales opportunities each quarter. Your mission will be to educate and convince customer prospects about the technical and business value Make provides.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing business and technical discovery with customer prospects
- Partnering with account teams to own technical aspects of the sales cycle
- Creating and delivering custom product demonstrations
- Managing and executing technical workshops and proof of concepts (POCs)
- Articulating business, technical, and architectural concepts to various audiences
- Creating customer roadmaps and solution visions
- Responding to RFIs/RFPs
- Developing content for customers and internal teams
- Providing feedback on customer needs to product development
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent professional training
- 3+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS/iPaaS/Automation
- Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to lead architectural discussions
- Fluency in German and/or French
