Solution Engineer

Make, part of the Celonis group, is seeking a Solution Engineer with fluent German and French to join their Enterprise Go to Market team. This role is crucial in closing sales opportunities by educating and convincing customer prospects about Make's technical and business value. As a Solution Engineer, you'll be responsible for technical discovery, custom product demonstrations, managing proof of concepts, and articulating complex concepts to various audiences. You'll work closely with account executives, participate in RFIs/RFPs, and contribute to content development. This position offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, multinational environment with a focus on automation technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing business and technical discovery with prospects
• Creating and delivering custom product demonstrations
• Managing technical workshops and proof of concepts
• Articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Developing customer roadmaps and solution visions
• Responding to RFIs/RFPs
• Contributing to content development and product feedback

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent professional training
• 3+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS/iPaaS/Automation
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies, APIs, and cloud technologies
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to lead architectural discussions
• Fluency in German and French
