Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring software products and applications meet quality standards by designing and executing tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to fix issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, usability, and functionality of software before it reaches end-users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Executing tests, analyzing results, and reporting defects
• Troubleshooting and debugging software products
• Reviewing and validating software requirements and specifications
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams
• Building and maintaining test scripts using various tools and frameworks
• Benchmarking and measuring site performance
• Staying updated with the latest testing tools and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber)
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Programming skills in languages like Java, Python, C#, and scripting languages
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team
