Senior Full Stack Python Developer

Our client is a Singapore based legal services firm that offers flexible, tech-driven solutions tailored to the needs of high-performing legal teams. They provide staffing, legal operations consulting, and LegalTech solutions to help businesses manage legal challenges effectively.

As a Senior Full Stack Python Developer, you will be responsible for building a product/solution, launching and dealing with subsequent issues including production issues, bug fixes and roll-out of new features. You will collaborate with the technical team in delivering projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Turn the company's product vision into working software
• Work closely with the CEO to provide the vision
• Develop prototypes and drive implementation via iterative development cycles
• Identify solutions and make recommendations on solution architecture, software development tools, programming languages, and frameworks
• Manage and work with partners, including digital marketing agency and 3rd party front-end developers
• Help identify and evaluate complementary resources to accelerate development

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Python and Django Development Experience
• Experience in Frontend Development using JavaScript Frameworks such as React (Preferred), Angular, or Vue
• Good working knowledge of database technologies including PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with production concerns including Security, Privacy, Cloud, Integration
• Demonstrated experience in building, launching, and maintaining products/solutions
• Excellent Communication Skills in English
• Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working with a multinational team

Advantageous:

• Experience with at least one compiled language (C, C++, Swift, Go etc.)
• Experience working in a startup company
