Senior Salesforce Developer

As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with the Product Manager, System Architect, Solution Architect, and the Development Team to develop the client's application and will also coach and mentor junior developers.

The primary purpose of this role:

• Design and develop the application on the Salesforce platform
• Apply secure practices that follow a DevSecOps approach
• Participate in designing the application's technical architecture
• Provide mentorship to Intermediate and Junior developers

Key responsibilities include:

1. Development:

   • Develop software solutions using clear commented code and conduct unit testing
   • Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues
   • Define and document configuration specifications
   • Performance tune specific functions when necessary

2. Testing:

   • Perform unit testing and document code as per guidelines
   • Write test scripts for Test-Driven Development when required
   • Triage reported software defects and debug issues

3. Business Analysis:

   • Review user requirements to create designs
   • Aid in the resolution of ambiguity in client processes
   • Develop proof of concepts to demonstrate solutions

4. Leadership:

   • Improve development operations by recommending changes in policies and procedures
   • Support and develop Developers by providing advice and coaching
   • Participate in project planning and estimation
