Marshalls PLC, a prestigious UK manufacturer established in 1890, is seeking a Business Process Developer to join their team on a 10-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in delivering effective IT solutions that support and enhance business operations across the organization. The position offers a hybrid working model based in Elland, with flexible arrangements.

The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between business teams and IT specialists, ensuring process improvements and system developments align with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include providing first-line support, managing AX-related queries, participating in disaster recovery activities, and overseeing business integration projects.

You'll be working with various stakeholders, from internal teams to external auditors like KPMG and Deloitte, making strong communication skills essential.

  • Act as primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Provide 1st line support and project work
  • Handle AX related queries and processes across all business areas
  • Participate in disaster recovery activities
  • Ensure processes remain operational and efficient
  • Conduct business integration projects
  • Perform IT business continuity planning and testing
  • Provide end user training
  • Handle audit processes and segregation of duties
  • Manage employee starter and leaver processes

Requirements For Business Process Developer

  • Proven track record in a comparable role
  • Proficiency in AX (highly desirable) or other ERP systems
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and external parties (KPMG, Deloitte) for audit purposes
