Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

Marshalls PLC, the UK's leading manufacturer of roofing products, is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias for their Beenham site. The role demands expertise in complex systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic control systems. Working on a 3-shift rotation pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-7am), the schedule includes Monday to Friday plus every third Saturday morning, with consideration for work-life balance through early Friday finishes. The base salary of £57,134 is complemented by attractive overtime rates and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will be apprentice-trained with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering and possess the 18th Edition qualification. While industry experience is valuable, the company welcomes recent apprenticeship graduates and offers comprehensive training for the right candidate. The position requires PLC programming skills, with Allen Bradley PLC knowledge being particularly desirable.
