Marshmallow is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their Fraud Tech Team in Budapest. The role involves leading and mentoring a high-performing team of software engineers, driving technical excellence, and collaborating cross-functionally to build a robust fraud platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding and developing a talented group of software engineers
- Overseeing design, development, testing, and operational excellence
- Promoting a strong engineering culture
- Collaborating with Product Managers and other stakeholders
- Owning delivery and prioritizing initiatives
- Ensuring compliance and security
- Fostering a positive work environment
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2+ years experience managing high-performing teams
- Strong communication skills
- Solid development background as a senior software engineer
