As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic engineering team working across various product teams including Renewals, Cancellations, Mobile, and Claims. The company has already achieved profitability and serves hundreds of thousands of customers, but they're just getting started.
The position requires strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices. You'll be working in a hybrid environment, spending 3 days in their collaborative London office. Responsibilities For Senior Frontend Engineer
- Design, implement, test, ship, and maintain high-quality experiences for customers across website
- Help grow the component library, S'mores, and ensure consistency and reusability
- Set up funnel analytics and work with Product Managers to learn about customers
- Mentor other engineers and participate in the Frontend Guild
Requirements For Senior Frontend Engineer
- 5+ years of experience working as a Frontend Developer
- Commercial experience with React
- Experience working with TypeScript
- Experience working with CSS-in-JS and implementing responsive design
- Experience working with modern state management libraries
- Experience writing unit tests in Jest
- Strong attention to detail and eye for design
- Experience working with design systems (Plus)
- Startup experience (Plus)
