Responsibilities For Test and Quality Assurance Engineer
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing of software applications
- Utilize testing tools and frameworks to create automation scripts
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
- Document testing processes and results
- Participate in test case reviews
- Monitor application performance and conduct stress testing
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovations to the QA process
Requirements For Test and Quality Assurance Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, JUnit)
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
