Responsibilities For WebMethods Developer
- Design and develop integration solutions using WebMethods Integration Server and related components
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Implement APIs, web services, and messaging solutions to facilitate seamless communication between applications
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes to ensure performance and reliability
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
- Stay current with the latest WebMethods features and industry trends
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
Requirements For WebMethods Developer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a WebMethods Developer
- Strong expertise in WebMethods components including Integration Server, Broker, and Designer
- Proficiency in developing RESTful and SOAP web services and working with APIs
- Solid understanding of messaging protocols (JMS, Pub/Sub, etc.) and integration patterns
- Experience with application servers and database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
