Manager Platform Engineering

Mastercard is seeking a Manager Platform Engineering to join our team. This role focuses on file transfer configuration and support for Mastercard's infrastructure. As a 2nd level IT support position, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day file transfer support functions, requiring frequent communication with customers and internal support teams.

The position involves working with both vendor products and Mastercard-developed solutions. The team's primary purpose is to support file transfers with our customers, establish connectivity for file transfers in support of application teams, and ensure timely delivery while resolving any issues that arise.

As a Manager Platform Engineering, you'll be responsible for coordinating activities between various parties, leading projects, and serving as a subject matter expert for file transfer products. The role requires strong technical knowledge, particularly in secure file transfer protocols, certificates, and specific tools like Connect and Sterling B2B Integrator.
