Manager, Software Engineering

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to join our innovative team. The position is based in Pune, India, where you'll lead a team while actively contributing to development using Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes technologies.

As a Manager, you'll be responsible for both technical delivery and team development. The role requires a balance of technical expertise in Java/Spring Boot development and leadership skills to mentor and grow team members.
