Senior Network Engineer

Maveris, a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join their team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' Network, Design, Implementation, and Infrastructure program. This role involves designing, deploying, and defending network and network security solutions for a globally distributed enterprise network.

The position requires expertise in network security solutions, email security gateways, data center routing and switching, SD-WAN networks, and intrusion prevention systems. You'll work with various vendor products including F5, Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper, while providing subject matter expertise in protocols and technologies like IP, TCP, UDP, PKI, DNS, and MPLS.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and preferably CCNP/CCIE certifications. You'll be part of a dynamic team working on challenging projects for federal government customers, with opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies and security solutions.
