Responsibilities For Quality Support Fleet Engineer
- Assist remote site operations teams with troubleshooting and debugging
- Own issues until resolution utilizing cross departmental support
- Investigate reported fleet issues for root cause analysis
- Track and categorize common issues and develop corrective actions
- Document issues and resolutions in Fleet database
- Provide technical assistance for day-to-day remote site operations
Requirements For Quality Support Fleet Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or commensurate quality experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License
- Ability to interpret engineering documents, CAD drawings and wiring diagrams
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems
- Ability to work non-standard hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work PST to support international customers
