As an Area Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all construction-related activities within your geographical area. This includes site development, reinvestment/remodeling projects, and resolving construction-related property issues. You'll work with various stakeholders, from contractors to government agencies, ensuring projects meet quality standards and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering, along with strong technical and communication skills.
