Description For Area Construction Manager

McDonald's is seeking an Area Construction Manager to optimize PLACE (customer experience, convenience, and relevance) through new site development and existing real estate portfolio management. The role involves working with area property asset managers and the national RE team within a geographical area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Site Development: Prioritizing development opportunities, implementing development plans, ensuring construction quality control, and coordinating with contractors and consultants
  • Reinvestment/Remodeling: Providing construction and design recommendations for specific elements of reinvestment plans
  • Working closely with Real Estate Managers to optimize capital usage and returns
  • Ensuring compliance with Gold Site Development Standards
  • Managing construction processes, negotiations, and agreements
  • Supporting property management in resolving construction-related issues
