Description For Business Technical Analyst

McDonald's Global Technology team is seeking a Business Technical Analyst to join their Global Product Engineering Team. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day activities of the U.S. Global Mobile App team, ensuring app functionality, process adherence, and platform stability. The position involves leading defect reviews, managing Jira projects, creating dashboards, and analyzing release metrics.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience translating customer needs into product features, with a bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience with Scrum, Agile, or SAFe frameworks is preferred, along with extensive knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
