Manager Solutions Readiness - US BackOffice Profitability

McDonald's is seeking a Manager of Solutions Readiness for US BackOffice Profitability to join their Global Technology team. This role is crucial in powering McDonald's digital transformation, serving millions of customers daily across 13,000+ US restaurants. The position focuses on overseeing the product release lifecycle for Back Office Profitability applications, particularly Cash Control Management.

The role combines technical product management with strategic vendor partnerships, requiring strong leadership in coordinating multiple integrated products and development teams. You'll work directly with key stakeholders including internal product teams (Sesame POS, Digital, Payments), Finance, US Owner Operators, and Operations teams.

As part of McDonald's growth strategy "Accelerating the Arches," you'll be at the forefront of technology innovation, helping to digitize the Golden Arches through AI, robotics, and emerging technologies.
