  • Lead and manage a team by setting goals and providing guidance

Requirements For Manager, Tech Platform Management

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • BA or BS in Business or Technology related field
  • Knowledge of mobile app support, development, and deployment
  • Proficient in SQL and database management
  • Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, Grafana, DynaTrace, DataDog)
  • Experience with data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Knowledge of incident management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Superior communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
