Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Tech Lead (Loyalty & Partnerships)

  • Lead end-to-end development of third-party reward redemptions integration
  • Develop and launch loyalty capabilities for points redemption and partner benefits
  • Design scalable, flexible technical solutions for global implementation
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams
  • Manage software development engineers and vendor squads
  • Ensure solutions meet architectural, quality, and security standards
  • Partner with Experience Design and Product teams
  • Lead solution design and development squad leadership
  • Drive continuous engineering improvement

Requirements For Senior Manager, Tech Lead (Loyalty & Partnerships)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technical project management, or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Delivery, Engineering or Architecture
  • Experience leading a team of Tech Leads / Product Engineers

  • Expert in pair programming, continuous integration, test-driven development & incremental design
  • Experience in Agile Development methodologies
  • Experience in ecommerce, Loyalty & Rewards, and Offers ecosystem
  • Skilled at stakeholder management and influencing
