Description For Senior Product Manager, Serve Pillar

McDonald's is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their McDonald's Customer Experience (MCX) team, working alongside Global Technology to develop and deploy digital investments that enhance customer experiences. The role involves leading product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a portfolio of products focused on the Serve Pillar.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing product strategy, conducting market research, defining customer requirements, and working closely with engineering and design teams. You'll be the voice of the customer, translating needs into product requirements and driving customer-centric development.

McDonald's operates from a position of strength with an updated growth strategy focused on staying ahead of customer needs. The company has invested heavily in digital platforms, including mobile app upgrades, self-order kiosks, and digital menu boards.
