Responsibilities For Senior Technical Product Analyst

  • Manages day-to-day release management, reporting, and coordination for cloud changes
  • Contributes to end-to-end ownership of features from ideation through implementation
  • Provides functional design of business requirements
  • Writes epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborates with product teams, architects, and tech leads
  • Verifies testing results and raises defects/issues
  • Completes end-to-end testing and provides production release sign-off
  • Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders
  • Understands complex customer issues and provides solutions

Requirements For Senior Technical Product Analyst

  • 4-5 years of experience in change and design initiatives
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or GCP
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data, or AI/ML
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience or Master's degree with 3+ years experience
  • Experience in Agile team leadership
  • Experience in user research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Service Now, Tableau and/or Power BI
