Description For Staff Experience Designer

McDonald's, a global leader in the restaurant industry serving 70 million customers daily across 100+ countries, is seeking a Staff Experience Designer to join their Global Experience Design team. This role is part of the Customer Experience team (MCX) and focuses on delivering cohesive, user-centered experiences for customers and restaurant team members worldwide.

The position requires an emerging design leader with 8+ years of experience in user-centered experience design. You'll be involved in the entire design lifecycle, from conducting user research to creating high-fidelity designs. The role demands expertise in solution design, strong design sensibility, and articulate storytelling abilities.

As a Staff Experience Designer, you'll work on product discovery and design deliverables, including user flows, customer journey mapping, service blueprints, wireframes, and signal testing. You'll also help maintain the design system and define accessibility standards. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about design.

  • Understanding of technical considerations across platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience delivering designs at global scale
