You'll be involved in the entire design lifecycle, from conducting user research to creating high-fidelity designs. As a Staff Experience Designer, you'll work on product discovery and design deliverables, including user flows, customer journey mapping, service blueprints, wireframes, and signal testing. You'll also help maintain the design system and define accessibility standards. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about design.
