Responsibilities For Power BI Developer/Data Analyst
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and analysis solutions
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business units to collect, organize, and analyze data
- Design data models and establish relationships between data sources
- Implement data transformation processes using Power Query and DAX
- Monitor and optimize Power BI report performance and manage user access and security settings
- Provide training and support to users
- Stay informed on the latest Power BI features and best practices
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Power BI with other platforms
Requirements For Power BI Developer/Data Analyst
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role focused on business intelligence solutions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling
- Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design
- Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O or AX2012, Azure Synapse, Logic apps, Microsoft Fabric is a must
- Familiarity with SQL and experience in querying databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Azure, is desirable
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
