Description For Junior Full-Stack Engineer

A Canadian AI startup is revolutionizing the way teams work together through their innovative AI-driven meeting platform, which has already gained traction with major companies like Shopify. Having secured approximately $30M in Series A funding, this young company (founded in 2017) is at the forefront of transforming team collaboration and productivity.

As a Junior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be joining a high-growth startup with less than 50 people, where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact. The role focuses on building and scaling collaborative productivity tools using a modern tech stack including Django, Python, React, TypeScript, Relay, and GraphQL. You'll be working on developing real-time applications that require low latency and can support multiple simultaneous users.

The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $85,000 to $120,000, plus meaningful equity in an early-stage venture-backed startup. The company provides comprehensive health benefits and embraces remote work culture with core hours in Eastern Time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience who wants to work on complex, challenging problems with real-world impact while helping shape the future of team productivity and collaboration.

The ideal candidate should have a computer science degree and strong full-stack development experience, particularly with real-time applications. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies and integrating AI-driven features, making this role perfect for someone who's passionate about both technology and improving how teams work together.
