Technical Program Manager

The Technical Program Manager role focuses on driving successful platform implementation, managing customer onboarding during their first 180 days. The position requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-centric approach.

The role involves developing deep platform knowledge, managing delivery and integration, collaborating with customers, leading training sessions, and managing stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in IoT/Hardware industry, strong technical program management skills, and excellent communication abilities.
