Principal Software Engineer

Memora Health is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to drive the enhancement and evolution of major product components that support and scale all product development efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Management and Architecture teams to formulate and evolve the technology roadmap, evangelize and drive internal alignment, and guide scrum teams to execute and deliver. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and implement maintainable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Tackling technical challenges in building efficient and scalable software
• Leading the design, development, and deployment of complex features
• Enhancing and evolving Memora's product architecture
• Promoting best practices, supportability, and code quality
• Mentoring other software engineers

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience shipping enterprise-grade software products
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or Java
• Advanced understanding of DevOps practices and technologies
• Experience with security tooling and observability
• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
