As a Network Support Engineer at MentorMate, you will be responsible for monitoring network performance, both transmission and IP, as well as the underlying infrastructure. Your role involves acting on alarms, troubleshooting issues, and handling incidents reported by customers. You'll collaborate with third-party providers, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and coordinate joint efforts to resolve incidents. Additionally, you'll be responsible for coordinating planned maintenance, suggesting best practice changes, and contributing to the organization's knowledge database.
