MentorMate is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their team working on digital health solutions within the health tech business. The role involves supporting the digitalization of healthcare to better meet the needs of professionals, regulators, and patients. The primary focus will be on a clinical trial solution designed to simplify the experience for all participants and help digitalize clinical trials.
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will:
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and clarify project requirements
- Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities
- Identify and escalate risks that may impact project timelines
- Prepare test plans, cases, and data
- Ensure quality and on-time delivery of assigned work
Requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Hands-on experience with various testing types (API, functional, compatibility, etc.)
- Proficiency in writing test plans and managing defect logs
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and test management in Jira
- Fluency in English
